My idea is members can send and receive point from another members. I look this at another forum, I think its a powerfull. Anyway I like many category in this site. thanks

That will not be allowed.
It defeats the whole purpose of post-for-host system.
We can't have just one person visiting/posting at the forum, and sustaining multiple hosting accounts with the Points he/she earns.
Added to the "Things not to be suggested" list.
