Hello. As you maybe know, I'm from sweden. And it would be really nice to know if anyone of you hear on frihost have heard any of my fav' swedish bands.

Last Hives album is far to be a crap. They are snob by many but they don't worth it. that said I had realized they was from this country! Laughing

the hives are boring. they was much better when they was a small punkband.

as a swedish band I really like Opeth! they kick ass! it's an amazing melodic death-metal band with progressive influences, has a very unique sound! basicly i think the metal stage in sweden is really great, bands like Opeth, Evergrey, Mesuggah, Dark Tranquility, In Flames, Soilwork, Candlemass and Arch Enemy really rise the level of your country within the music scene!

and, honestly, i have never heard of any of your favourite bands... sorry, but have you heard of any of my favs?

I have heard Håkon Helstrøm, written the Norwegian way, sorry. I just can't write in Swedish... I did not hear him/them intentionaly though, nor did I enjoy what I heard. Rolling Eyes

I have seen In Flames. But I dont like them that much. They have some nice songs. My favorite song in that genre is one by Paradise Lost, but I dont remember the name... too bad.
