most of what I design are blogs.
I usually start with Blogger's most basic template (called "Minima" - it comes in a few different color variations). Then I tweak and change all the CSS to my liking. It's a joy.

You can find a lot of CSS help here.

Design is a different matter. I always focused on content instead of eye candy. I guess I am weird that way.

Im a designer, but im not very good at coding so i cant really help you with that (i know dreamweaver and css but thats as far as it go's) and i can install most scripts. If you need help about anything specific designing please add me to you msn.

You should have lots of dynamic "things" (example: when you press a button you could make page scrolling in).

First off I am self taught, and it is just my hobby. The church web site that I placed the link to is done in front page. Not by choice tho' My wife was doing some of the updates and it was easy for her to use front page. My tools of choice is HTML KIT and Topstyle lite. Lately I have been learning how strong css is. When and if I get my free web hosting I will be placing alot of my work there. Laughing

Your site doesn't look good in 800x600 screen resolution, can't navigate because you disabled your page from scrolling.
