The best golf course!

Hi,

I play golf and would love to get some high resolution pictures to use for my desktop. I would love to see pictures posted in the forum with a short commentary on where and why this golf course is your preferred one.

I'll try and dig some photos up of my hometowwn course - Glen Abbey. It's been home of the Canadian Open the majority of the years. Designded by Jack Nickulas. Iworked on the driving range for two years and got to play for free. This was over 10 years ago and it was 160 $ canadian then.

I think there are few courses that can beatthe Lost City golf course at Sun City in South Africa. No this is not the one that the Million Dollar Challenge is played at. This golfcourse is picturesque and has the added feature of crocodiles on the 13th, real live crocs. There's a hazzard hard to beat. The countryside is fantastic and the course itself is amazing. Nesttled in the crater of and ancientvolcano there are steep slopes, ravines and streams to navigate. Also once you have finished golfing there is the SunCity casino and resort to visit as well as the Pilanesberg national park, a big five game reserve. Not to mention the Gary Player golf course, the one they play the Million Dollar on. I have been lucky enough to play a round as it was close to where I used to live.

Being from the US, I could choose 100s of courses, but I recently saw some pics from a course in New Zealand called Cape Kidnappers. It is by far the most incredible looking golf course I've ever seen.

I have taken some photos from my local golf course in Norway. Unfortunately they are on the home computer. I'm in France at the moment, so I can't publish them now. I will try to remember to publish them as soon as I return. Smile
