25 FRIH$ - The Template Contest

Ladies and Gents; Not Germs like my english teacher says LOL.

In association with the TAB Lottory Group, We will be running a contest for Templates Creation for the TAB Lotto Engine v2.

The template has to be the standard size of your computer monitor and has to cover it entirely. No solid colored only temps will be permitted only temps will designs and mixed colors. No images that you do not own and so on. Public Domain Work will be permitted to be added on your temp.

The Contest ends July 10th 2006
**Please Remember that the Winners temp will be our property but you will as the creator get credit for the work.

Is It Still Going On? If so I might as well do it since no one else has submitted anything (that i know of) And also what you want is just an HTML document that ummmm well just consists of places to put various objects?
