INCASE i need extra bandwidth, can i ask for additional? -just a question incase i run out of bandwidth.. coz im running a topsites with lots of categories.. so iguess, if time comes that i run out of bandwidth, i could ask for extra.

If you run out during the month I believe Bondings grants more bandwidth during that month but during that time you should either look at hosting your site somewhere else, splitting your site and hosting part of it somewhere else or optimising your site so you consume less bandwidth as you will not be allowed more than 10 GB forever 
It depends what the bandwidth is used for. If it's for a few (legal) file downloads, then you'll most likely get it.
