What's hard nowadays is almost all names are taken. True story: I asked a friend of mine if he ever heard a band named (random name here, for me it was the Eye of Terror), and he said "yeah, I don't like their music that much." Just make sure you find something original, and people will appreciate you.
Those (I don't want to say "foreign," so I guess "different languages" will suffice) names are a good idea, it's a way to create not only a new spin on a good name, but a way to create multiple names because of translation differences. It's like having multiple bands and multiple facades with one name. Make sure that if you do go down this path, choose a name in a language that is not meant to sound "good." Par exemple, french is a language based entirely on flow and sound. Grammar will be entirely forgotten just to make a combination of words sound better (for any francophones, this would be like mon ami for a female friend.) I would suggest German or any other language that sounds like German. Polish or Russian would both do the trick.
