Has anyone heard of a software or of a way of controlling modem speed or at least how fast a browser loads a page? I would like to reduce the speed to observe how my pages load.
Slow mode mimik software?
net limiter 2 pro...I use it to reduce the available speed my brother uses so I get more speed from the network. You can set the upload and download speed for specific programs. 30 day trial by the way.
