template/template_name/overall_header.tpl
look for (use the search function) logo_phpBB
alternatively, you can replace /templates/subSilver/images/logo_phpBB.png with a 200x91 PNG image of your choice.
Really, if you want to now the directory of a clickable selectable image you can just right click -> Properties to see where it is located.
