The channel is registered + a bot.

Me and Silentpark are the mods there.
If bondings will join, he'll be a mod there too.. that applies for any FriHost admin.

I'll be gone for 3 weeks leaving today...but I"ll try to idle in it when I get back (along with my other 20+ channels Surprised

wuzzup? im just curious, im just thinking about the effect of having a chatroom on the forum.. it might lessen the number of visitors on the forumsite. or what i mean is, instead of going over and reading or replying some post, people will be busy chatting and will lessen their time to do quality posts..

also, what is the main purpose of the chatroom if i may ask? can anybody request a hosting in the chatroom?

It won't lessen, because if people will stop posting here.. they won't get the host.
The chat room may attract chatty people.. instead of talking a a lot about nothig here on the forums, they'll talk about that on the chat.

You can request for support/hosting only on the forums lol
If someone asks for a hosting in the chat, I redirect him to the forums(Deji?).

I think that the server(deltaanime.net) is down at the moment.

Just I have 2 more channels to administrate and I'm an admin in one board and a global moderator in the other.

Also I have to write content for my webpage all by myself.

So it's kinda hard for me.

Don't use proxies, you'll have hard time.

Okay, some people are having trouble getting mIRC and then getting into the chat room itself. There are three easy steps, and I want you to follow them! They are:

1. Download mIRC at:

http://mirc.eon.net.au/mirc616.exe (Australia)
http://www.mirc.co.za/download/mirc616.exe (Africa)
http://www.linkexpress.org/mirc/mirc616.exe (South America)
http://mirc.magicworks.net/mirc616.exe (Asia)
( download links taken directly off of the mIRC download page -- pick which continent you are closest too )

2. Install mIRC.
( after the install exe opens, click next, then yes, then install -- when it's done click Finish )

3. Click this link to join the chat room:
irc://irc.deltaanime.net/frihost
Click OK

Bingo! You are inside the chat room!

Does anyone actualy spend time in the channel? If so , I might have to start showing up to discuss things. Real time chat is a little more fun when discussing the morals of a government, and the "End of the World".

But I can reopen it if you wish.

It seems that the people like the idea but they are too lazy to come in.. so I've closed. Sad
