You see Dhoni has just started to play from a year or so, and Sachin has been playing well for many years.
There is no comparison between Dhoni and Sachin.
Sachin is still the God for Indian People.

I always thought I was the biggest Sachin Tendulkar fan. But since you were to use this ranking for a 'Mahi' fan club sort of thing. I thought it'll be logical to keep him at the top of the ranks.
Tendulkar for sure will be the GOD of cricket for the next 1000 years atleast. There is no 'Second Tendulkar' as some people (K. Srikant) once called Virender Sehwag.
I'm glad to find another Sachin fan though.
