Do you communicate with your spirit guides?

I've been getting messages from them for sometime now and have recently been asking for their help on all sorts of matters.

Does anyone else here? Do you have any stories? questions? comments?

Note: because our guides cannot interfere with our free will - unless it is a life or death situation they cannot help unless we ask them to.

Blimey... are you sure you didn't just make that up? Are you 100% sure they are "spirit guides" or might it be something else. It's kinda hard to believe...

That a dumb rule. If some one dose not know of or believe in spirit guides, then they can not help them. And its even more dumb since the world is deterministic.

Well it is up to you really. I'm not here to convince anyone but I can offer help with doubt.

My first direct communication with my spirit guides (or angels if you please) about 4 years ago happened like this; I asked them to show me their presence by asking them to please squeeze my hand.

I didn't feel a cold clammy squeeze but instead a definite energetic tightening in my hand. I've asked again many times since then and I always get a response =)

Of course as I said earlier I communicate with them much more actively now. Mostly they help me with answering spiritual questions and offering support. They also help me alot with healing myself and others. Their voices to me are like the gentle voice of intuition - although I know that others who are more audio psychic actually hear voices that vibrate their ear drums, that has not been my experience so far.

It is the universal law of free will.

They can always communicate with the higher self and whisper advice but they cannot interfere with our choices here in the material world. They do still help with influence (as a sort of voice of conscience) but they cannot help an insomniac get a good night's sleep for example, or assist in any other healing or physical work, unless one asks them to.

I'm not sure whether to believe or disbelieve. If it's true then that's a pretty amazing thing; I don't know a single person who'shad a similar experience.

I'm actually a little jealous...

Well I strongly believe that between you and god there should be no one ... that you are responsible for your acts and doings, no matter what others did, so that no one should let anyone else influence him when t comes to religion .... but there is certainly the possobility that you have a spiritual guide, some one that you know really understands what its about, but such people don't come to you, never, they know that looking for them and findingthe is part of the guidance. So be carefum with whom you are, and never be influenced, ratehre always compare with your beliefs and take care you're on the right pah ... not easy huh? Very Happy

I have fealt some small connections with mine. I find it difficult to find the time, as I lead a busy life, but when I do ask, I usually get a sign that she heard me.

I comunicate with my spirit guide a lot. She's got a sense of humour and makes me laugh at times. If I'm doing something or with other people I don't always realize she's nearby until she makes a comment. She's really helpful at times.

I've also seen my friends spirit guide. She was a bit put out that she hadn't been able to comunicate with her guide since she moved in next door to me.

One day I was in my sittingroom, just finishing my breakfast, and when I looked uo, there was a native American standing in front of me. The strange thing was, I knew straight away who he was. I told him he was in the wrong house, my friend lived next door. He asked me to pass on a message to her, which explained why she hadn't been able to comunicate with him. That's my strangest encounter with a spirit guide.
