Help please,"Forbidden You don't have permission to acc

When i try to delete the post in my forum, this error occurs:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /phpbb2.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

And after i deleted all files in public_html, then i went to my site, it still show the Forbidden at the first page.(My files set to 644 and floders set to755.)

How should i solve this problem?

Please Help....

But in that case all your files and databases will be errased.

I had backup files and databases already.

But if the reset does not solve my problem, would i ask you for helping again?
