Or use the dificulty level of the instrument... (I'm guessing on the complexity here...

S3nd K3ys, I think those are a bit too biased, if you know what I mean. Since my site doesn't target a specific genre, people may get offended. Like if I put metal behind pop rock, some crazy metal fan could be offended.
