PHP newbie session question

   Frihost Forum Index -> Scripting -> Php and MySQL

I have a pretty large XML file. I want to read, parse and cache it in the session once on startup. All subsequent calls should just do an XSLT lookup and return a value. Any pointers on how to do this?
