What is my sql host?

Sorry, I'm a total beginner in this area....

What is mysql db host name, mysqluserid, mysqlpassword, mysql db name?
Where can i find them?
is it in my account page..? is it same as my id....?
I'm really confused......

Go to your cpanel, click on mysql and you will find the information.

Host: localhost

db, user and password needs to be created from cpanel mysql section. Note that db and user will be prepended with "<your cpanel username>_".
