Does anyone know where I can find a good source of compact information on putting a staff training manual together, along with tips and help on format and layout.
I can already put a manual together, but I'd like to optimize it for best effect so that it isn't boring or a hard read. I think that cartoons, call-outs, sidebars and footnotes will be a great way to relieve the boredom, and I need to find out the best way to make a manual interesting, or even exciting and a pleasure to read.
