I will try to make it work in july, but don't expect miracles.

I currently don't/didn't have enough time for it.

Can I offer to help somehow?

I dont think Bondings will be too willing to give up the admin access to a member

I didn't specifically ask for admin access. Just somehow, anyhow.
Bondings
There is no way you can help me with this unfortunately.

And yes NemoySpruce, this is about Ruby on Rails.
NemoySpruce
cool. I tried playing around with it a while back. its pretty neat and fast. Are you guys planing to port entire frihost to Ruby? or just parts of it? ... I was trying to make some sort of game from ruby, using opengl, never got off the drawing boards tho.

I'd like to second the request for rails. There are some distributions that install everything with one click for boxes that already have mysql installed...

Are you saying that it is ready to go?

No, I am saying that before it was suggested a test installation already began.

But installing Ruby/Rails is trivial, how could it have failed?

Hi,

What is the status of Ruby on Rails on Frihost? Will it ever be supported by Frihost ?

Best,

CR
Bondings
Yes it will once be supported, but don't expect it to be soon. I have a lot of other priorities at the moment.
