Best Way to Dissuade Psychotic Religion People?

Someone VERY close to me is attempting to start a psychotic religion thing (he says it's MEDITATION, but I know him very well and therefore I know that it'll change into a psychotic religion one way or another). He's expecting it to succeed like crazy (his ads say one has to pay him $1500 or MORE per month for "private" sessions.)...

What bothers me the MOST is that he's SO close to me that if people find out about this I will be viewed as psychotic as well. The thing I'm running will be easily ruined.

How do you think I can dissuade him? He won't listen to anything. HELP!

I don't think you should dissuade him from religion, but I'm not really understanding what you're saying.

He's psychotic because he meditates, or he is starting a business out of it? And because one person thinks something about him, I assure you that does not mean they'll think anything like that about you.

This post leaves me a bit confused *scratches head*

Just get him to start eating bread and wine that symbolizes the body and blood of a long dead messiah.

Then have hium chant, asking for goodwill from the supreme being, on his knees, in a large structure dedicated to getting into a white robe and harp when you die.

then he'll be back on the right track, no more crazy cults for him!

Seriously, there's nothing wrong with meditation.
