If you have the latest and greatest version of Photoshop (CS2) then you'll love the video tips from Russel Brown, techinical something guy for Adobe:

Video tutorials date back to version 7 of photoshop (two version ago) but all the techniques can be used in the latest version. Not being a graphics person by trade I refer to it now and again to refresh myself on useful techniques.
If you are a windows user PLEASE PLEASE uninstall Apple's quicktime player and instead insteall Quicktime Alternative:
