Power Meter

RiCtee
I have a Compaq Presario laptop running Windows XP Pro. The problem is with the battery power icon at the taskbar (bottom right of the screen). Sometimes I could see it, sometimes I couldn't. Now it is far more harder to see it (not there). I'm sure that it's not hidden (hide inactive icons). Becomes a problem as I have to go to Control Panel > Power Options > Power Meter to just see how much battery life is left.

There should be some options in there to have it display all the time or start up when windows starts up..
all i can really suggest is that you check your power meter options..

There is some softwares that get power information from Windows and displays it into traybar more accurately.
I'm using a battery meter widget it comes with Yahoo! Widget Engine (formerly Konfabulator).
