Backup creation added to queue

I used to enter DirectAdmin to create a backup and that was so easy ... I was able to download the full backup immediatly on my PC .

but yesterday when I try to make a full back up , I received this note on the next page which says :

Details

You will receive a message when it's complete. ""



So ... what is the wrong to download the backup directly to be restored on PC .


And I want to know if it takes time to receive the message of the completed packup

They have to backup your account and it takes a while and it also saves server load, backups take alot of loda.

you'll receive an email. and the process normally takes less than 5 minutes if a few users are doing a backup..

just wait Rolling Eyes.
