I am an Web Designer in FrontPage. Now I want to start using PHP for Web Designing. I would like to use MySql PhpMyAdmin for online Form Submission and Processing. Would somebody tell me the process ?

search for a tutorials/guides online or buy a book PHP is a programming language, that not just a "simple" process. A MySql is a database you can use for storing your data.
and if you realy want to work with php you should learn html first (well frontpage isn't a good choice at all
just dragging won't help you with php.
you have to search. you should also look for one thats in your language (might be english don't know. but if you want to learn php and mysql, its even harder to learn and to understand if its not your first language
maybe a script would work for you aswell :/
