Well, settings vary from server to server, if you're using frihost, then you just enter your ftp server as: ftp.yourdomain.frih.net then you have enter your acct name and password, you can go into your direct admin ftp accts list and add more, but my problem I was encountering with frihost was putting in the home directory, don't worry about putting in domains/yourdomain/public_html don't worry about that, dreamweaver automatically looks up the main root folder. so just enter the server name, user name, password, leave the port alone (it should be set to 21) let me know if that helps

EDIT: also, what version of dreamweaver just out of curiosity?

ftp host: 216.32.85.170
host directory: /domains/extremesummerfilms.frih.net/public_html/
login: hsadmin
password: ****
save: most likeley yes
passive ftp: normally not
firewall: normally not
secure ftp: normally not
url prefix: http://extremesummerfilms.frih.net/

That should work I think.
