A problem.. please help

Hello to all.
well i just got my request approved and i wanted to install a SMF 1.0.7 to my host site...
i have uploaded it... changed the required settings to 777 and when i try to run the install.php

Php should definately be working. Where did you install the forum?

did it in the 1st directory
then transferred to public_html too...
but it didnt work Confused
what should i do?

You seem to have uploaded/extracted the script into a subdirectory "forums" within your public_html directory.

Please try visiting - http://<yoursubdomain>.frih.net/forums/ in your browser.

install.php appears to be working just fine.

Upon running install.php, you should see a list of files/folders that need to be chmoded to 777, just make sure that you set the permissions on these files/folders as required.
