I'd like to chat with all of u but my english skill is so poor 
We normally use Thai language here in Thailand and we don't have second, third languages.
I gotta say I'm a very lonely type who has no sister nor brother and no longer close to my friends anymore since I sticked to my ex-boyfriend too much and didn't do any activity with friends plus I changed the university and most of my old friends already work.
I joined car club webboard but ppl there changed a lot, it's not my place there anymore. and the another webboard I joined, they don't chit chat much since it's mental health webboard.
When I tried to search for free hosting for ppl in that mental website to chat in (to share experiences and help each another), I found this site and I think ppl here are nice and I think I can chat and make friends here, can I? 
but the only trouble is my english skill
I wish I were fluent in english I gotta say that your english is much better than many people here who speak english as their first language!

Anyway many dont have english as their first language here.
And the among few who have, most of them dont know how to spell or make a gazillion grammatical errors in one sentence.
So do not worry about your english at all, and keep posting.
In fact, I must agree it is very good for the fact that you say you speak only Thai back home

Agreed there. It's probably better than most on-line translators.Yeah, like these two said, you're English is definetly easier to read than some people here who actually know how to speak English, Siran. Yeah not too bad dude, at least it's not computer translation or something. Those things are horrible! It seems good enough to communicate with people, have fun.
Anyone who can't understand your english, ought not to be on this forum. You don't need to speak fluent english, only enough to make a nice conversation. And you can take my word for it that your english is sufficient. So go chat with people, I'm sure you will like it here.
OMG you can write english better than me, whats the problem. You don't need to be a speaker to participate in a forum cmon. Some problems with the tenses and so on this can't make you give up. Continue learning and overcome that tradition, get a second language, its always useful.
