Actually We dont.
The one at the bottom in the language forum is not spanish, it is another forum masquerading as a spanish forum
I mean, it is spanish for 2 kinds of people
1. Who have a pair of eyes or even one eye in their sockets
2. Who know how to use their noodles
This is the reason you dont see it

Let the new guy ask questions to LEARN FROM THEM. You do not need to criticise people so much.
Besides, it is at the bottom, so give the guy some space.
Maybe some of the lesser used forums should be moved down and more common forums be moved up.. Just a thought.
