Not everyone on the net supports downloading movies, but I see nothing wrong with it..

I downloaded this last night (its the jap version with english sub titles) and I thought it was a very very good movie...

FMA just wouldnt have seemed right if it didnt end with this movie, I suggest you take a look at it..

(I dont really want to go into detail and ruin it for you)

Apparenly the whole second season of FMA was a complete departure from the manga, so the twist that was put on it in the second season (greater entanglement in politics and the notion of a deeper meaning to alchemy) really did need the closure that the movie provides. I whole-heartedly agree.
