First of all, you could stop spamming the forums. Every other post you make is either spam or a blunt copy-paste from other sites (wich you do NOT referr in the post as you should)

Second, asking to become moderator is not really the way to reach that position.

third, when the time comes that we need new members added to our team, an announcement will be made in the announcements forum.
