Request viewtopic_quickreply.tpl file for $$

can somebody please post me the viewtopic_quickreply.tpl
file as i need it for my forum to work right and i have'nt seem to have it.

its just for my forum, i keep getting messages like this one

Template->make_filename(): Error - file themes/midnight/forums/viewtopic_quickreply.tpl does not exist

so i just need any that i can replace so that it will work.
