Yet another Circus reject. How can you be left behind by a circus? If you know that they are leaving why not go with them?. Also why would you be driving a mororized cart with your pants down in the first place? Are you looking for attention? Atleast wear underware or something.Hahaha, Those little tiny cars are cool and funny at the same time, I'm always overexcited when I see one because it cracks me up especially the little horn.

people shouldn't pay attention to people who do thing for attention.
If she had a mental problem she wasn't doing it cos she wanted attention.
And even if you happened to notice it, it doesn't mean you are a bad person. What matters is what you do after you notice it.
There are just some stupid people who like to expose them selfs. Just for fun, or to take pictures to post on internet. It just sucks, but you can't do anything about it. Just leave them

i wished i would have been there.... i would have approached her.... and you know later on the same old story....... well.... im waiting for such a girl in india... anyone there 
possible explanations for her state that havent been mentioned:
1. she didnt have a belt for her pants
2. she didnt have any underwear - the circus took them
3. she couldnt run after the circus with her pants round her ankles
4. yes, the cart ran out of fuel - so much for electric carts as an alternative.. snigger...
5. she was hot and wanted cooling?
6. she was a member from a pants round the ankle wearing sect?????
7. she just was having fun?
i can think of a gazillion more but in the end - bravo again to our glorious media to bringing this to our attention. 
Too bad the cart didn't have plastic seats,
she wouldn't have been able to keep standing up.
