So, before I want upload some Skripts I will test it on my Computer. But I am not able to install the Apache Webserver 2.0.55 because there is a Errormessage:
A network error has occoured while attemping to read from File apache_2.0.55-win32-no_ssl.msi
I use Windows 98 and the MSI 2.00.2600.2.

Follow these instructions from The Apache Group or upgrade your OS;
"Support is less that thorough; however, the Apache HTTP Project has not deliberately defeated your efforts. You really aught to upgrade or install a free and supported operating system, as none of the developers even have these versions installed anywhere, anymore. Bugs specific to the Windows 9x family will rarely be addressed.
That said, it should work, but upgrade to at least Internet Explorer 6, Service Pack 1. You don't have to use it, but it just happens to include updates and bug fixes you need, including the wldap32.dll that Apache 2.2 requires to even start. Alternately, you can refer to KB article 288358, along with the troublesome-to-obtain update from KB article 323455. If you already have wldap32.dll in your Windows\System32 directory with version 5.0.2168.1, you are fine.
If you are installing on Windows 98, obtain the MSI installer if you have not done so before (Windows ME users are in the clear, it was installed with the operating system)."
I'd recommend using 1.3.x release on win98 because of some disfuncionality of 2.x branch on this system.
I had bad experience with combination apache 2.0.49 and Windows 98SE before few years.
