Someone please make a logo-paying 200Frih$

I need a high quality logo, and it must look something like this:

I want that the outline of the square around the 'Y' fades from a blue color to black (blue in the center, black in the end). And the Y must be in the same blue color, fading to the center to white.
The 'Y' must be in the font as in the sample, if you need it tell me.
I give 200Frih$ I want it to be perfect so if I need something changed I'll ask if you can do that for me. First just make a little sample of how you think I think it must look like Smile

I'll give it a shot, I don't need the font, I'll just edit the image you've provided. Since I don't know how large a size you want it, I'll make it huge and you can shrink it later. I'm assuming you want the logo centered on the background.

I've made a few variations, please choose your favourite;
Variant 1: My first try used a radial gradient, which did not make me happy, but it makes for a nice effect; perhaps you'll like it?

Variant 2: I then changed it to a square gradient, which I liked much better.

Variant 3: Here, I added a vertical stripe pattern to the background, thinking to give it some elegance.

Variant 4: I decided to make to 'Y' more dramatic. Using conditional lighting effects, I quite succeded. (This one is my favourite.)

Variant 5: Here, I'm just playing around with some effects, and I stumbled across this. It is at least, very distinctive.

If you want some combination of these traits that I have not included, just request it, it shouldn't be difficult to arrange some re-organization.

I like it, but can the square be smaller, I want it too look like the example, or a bit bigger with the gradient in it. So actually the gradient shoud be shorter. Hope I don't ask too much.

BTW, it's awesome!
EDIT: and can you make the last variant of your picture in the new image too? But without the stripes, I like that one too.

Alrighty, I've taken your suggestions and modified the logo.
(Took me less than half an hour, but unfortunately, I just logged in to find it.)
I wasn't sure if you wanted the actual non-black area of the image shrunk, so I made two versions of each version.
