What CMS would be good?
I reccomend CuteNews. It is very nice and has good features. You can get it at http://www.cutephp.com. Runs without a database.
CuteNews is only a news system and he wants a CMS...
I dont know Joomla/Mambo have gr8 support, lot of plug-is, doses of manuals,faqs, help files
