Both. Depends on my mood. I listen to various kinds of rock more often, but there is no better cure for depression than some Bob Marley songs 
Only not ragga, I can't stand most of music that kind.

I think Reggae , but ... Metallica, Rammstein, System of a Down etc... i dont know ... then 50/50 but the best is Club/House

but the best is Club/House I like reggae more. Not only Bob Marley but also newer artists like Matisyahu and Damian Marley (one of the sons of Bob Marley).
Oh yes. Rock! I could listen to Reggae but I prefer rock lots more!!!
