FTP error?
did you try using the one built on windows. Go to my documents at the address bar type in ftp.designsolutions.frih.net and type in your password. See what happens when you do that. If you still have a problem it could be your computer
It works with the one on my computer, but I need to upload file using ASCII mode, and I don't know how to do that with it.

Xavier read the quote. You should use ftp.frih.net and use your username and password.
REMEMBER BOTH USERNAME AND PASSWORD ARE CASE SENSITIVE.

Your FTP password is your cPanel password.
IF you cannot login to cPanel, then request for a password reset here - http://www.frihost.com/forums/vf-7.html
Xavier, your on server 1 so use ftp.frihost.net or ftp.xavier.frihost.net
Please check using those hosts, then request a password reset if it fails
