i'm comming close to a black belt in my martial arts training ( abour 3-4 belts to go) so i'm learning advance stuff and part of being a black belt is to teach,

so i can help by posting a few basics ( yes there will be disclaimers)

Not wild about the theme but seems pretty cool. Unless that huge white ad is forced by free-forums.org, I'd change it to a darker shade. And if that's the case, just host a PHPBB forum on your Frihost space. Oh, and the five anime faces are a little random. Overall, decent.

Your site hurts my eyes, there is nothing meshing it together. It looks like you just took random pictures and stuck them on your forum. Also i am not intrested in Martial Arts at all Sad
