google has it's hard time ?

I've been reading some news saying that a law company taking legal action against google because of the "fraud clicking" on adsense program. It means that google can't charge their customers for the click that's fraud.

Have you guys heard about it?

seems interesting , but I know google will hold up in court for sure.

there are people who have been banned for click fraud with no fault of theirs, but then there are loads of ppl who've asked their friends etc to click their ads annd thus enable click fraud.

so ethically, its wrong to pettition!
