Who wants to design me a Sports Banner?

Hey guys, i'm in need of a nice banner for my site that looks professional. I've been getting complaints and feedback that my site banner is not that great. Here is the banner i have now (www.topsportlinks.frih.net).

The requirements include
1. Sport Figures in the the banner, such as Pedro Martinez, Brian Leonard, Quincy Douby, ect.
2. 802 width by 207 height (in Pixels)
3. Look professional
4. Text anywhere you think would fit "Top Sport Links"

I'm willing to pay 30Frih$, if you think the job takes more, let me know .Thanks in advance.

P.S. Leave a message if you plan on trying, and how long it will take you.

I know it doesnt have any of the photographs you asked for so - if you dont like it i will try to change it for the photos...

ive made a design for u (see below) I am aware that it doesnt match the colour scheme for your site but in half an hour thats the best i could do. if you decide that you want to use it would you please give me a bit of credit for it as i am trying to get noticed in the design world.




ps. if u dont like the sketch/drawn effect i can remove it upon request

EDIT: I can darken the image (i think) but i cant garantee that it'll look good

its a nice banner, but i don't like the stenciling ya know. It looks fake in my opinion. After seeing that banner and looking at mine, what makes mine so unprofessional? Am i missing something here? Cuz i might just change mine around a little to make it "professional"

So can anyone tell me what it takes to change my banner to professional. I'd rather change mine around a bit and not have to give links to other people for their great work you know. I'm trying to be self-suffient. Let me know how i can change my banner. Thanks a lot.

I think what makes your banner look less proffesional than so many others is the excessive use of photographs, and the way these are implemented. they look kinda rought and also stand out quite a lot too much. Your font is quite nice however i think your image is saved with too much jpg compression - it looks kinda dirty

I quite like your banner though...its just as good as CyanEyed's IMHO

Is that first sentence meant to be an insult?

i'll get rid of the sketching and the request for a link, but give me a couple of days.

actually its made to look like that and its a .png NOT .jpg Mad

I like the background of my banner with the baseball, i can what your saying though about the players. They seem to stand out a little bit and are a little blurry. Any way to correct some of this stuff ? lol

I kind've like yours, but it missing the players and stuff in it. Its a good job though with the amount of time. I'm thinking of tryin to fix up mine a little bit. I might need to lighten up the players so they blend in a little more instead of them being dark and standing out. I like my font of the title, but i think its a little small though. I'm not sure what i'm going to do, ill think about it. If anyone else wants to post suggestions, than please go ahead. Thanks

I added some "players" like you suggested.

I hope you like it! - the colours complement the colours on your site in a very "interesting" way IMO

BTW...bump is not a word in the frihost dictionary Eh?
