This tiered system discussed in the article seems to bring control of the Internet to a select few. I think its a terrible idea, as having control over something in high demand can lead to capitalization of that demand. They would not be looking into tiering the system unless Verizon and ATT thought they could make more money off it. By charging exorbitant fees to the top companies for premium access, they could do this, but only at the expense of everyone else.
