I like both, but on the first I suggest moving the smiley face's right eyebrow a little higher so it isn't cutting into his eye (the right eye brow from his point of view, not ours).

very good. I like the first one very bright, kiddish, and sunny. Something we need more in this world. Can't believe it is all out of Photoshop. For the first pix, are you using the shape tool to make the whole pix?

The first one is the one I like best. The second one is not bad, but I like the first one because of the colorfulness, simplicity, and overall cheeryness. Very friendly looking, a nice sign!

good use of gradients, try airbrushing a little bit on the clouds, you might get an effect like my banner on http://dotlall.com
