Transferring PhpBB Forum to another server

I have a modified version of PhpBB running on Frihost and I need to transfer it to someone else's server. I'm not sure what the best way to do this would be. I figured perhaps first to do a clean install of PhpBB on their server, and then copy over those files with the modified files. I know however, that some files shouldn't be copied over (I think there is a file containing the data for connecting to the SQL database). So, basically, what files from the clean installation should I NOT copy over?

You should use all of the modified files, you should not copy over the config.php file.

Bondings

I would say, copy both the files and database and then change the settings in the config.php file to connect to the database. You will also need to change the phpbb_config table in the database, it is change all occurrences of your current domain to the new one (unless you keep the same domain of course).
