My PHPBB admin. menu says my installation is out of date. I downloaded the new version but what do I do with it? Thanks Clayton
PHPBB Update version question
The biggest issue most people have is the tables update.
Did you download the zip file from PHPBB.com?
Did you make the edits or upload new files?
After all that, did you run the upgrade_to_latest.php?
If you didn't do the last step, the ACP is going to say you are on an outdated version because one of the lines the DB page updates is the version number.

If you have no mods installed it's pretty simple otherwise you need to do it manually as you lose the mods or get install errors.
