I've looked at google adsense and i think thats pretty good since its simple and doesn't delay the page loading much.
Are there others which are also simple and more profit making that anyone could recommend?

Love = Hate. I hate Google for banning me, but I DID make 8 dollars very quickly. Now my site gets a lot more hits than it did then, so I would probably be making more. I currently have adbrite and two words, IT SUCKS. I would suggest ypn but it's not available anymore, just wait till it goes public.
"Invalid Clicks", and the truth was a high increase of traffic in one or two days. More traffic = more clicks.
That's a bit unfair. Don't they want you to have more hits so ur views can click on the Google links?
It is not that giga.., the fact is that his site lay dormant without clicks for a long time, then suddenly you get a lotta clicks, so google thinks that hobbit, who is frustrated at not getting clicks is clicking on it himself.
But they do not know about the downtime so they ban him
I got banned from Adsense too...it recorded like 2000 clicks on my site in a matter of minutes when normally I got like 20 a day. I dont know what happened

YOu can try this affiliate program though, but it does not have PPC
www.commissionmonster.com.au I use AdSense and it's very good. If you have Joomla, you can get a module to disregard your IP address to avoid getting in trouble.

Can you give a link to this module, please?From the ones i tried, adsense was the best, that is untill they banned me when they were suppose to pay out.. So i really don't know, i would like to try yahoo also but its not available for my country yet.
So if anyone have suggestions, then i will try them out also.
Oxado and adrite are also non profitable, maybe tradedoubler will work for me, they offer lots of advertisers wich you can choose from, and lots of them are local, so that is a plus also i guess.
Well if i ever get my first cheque from any advertising program i'll post it here to prove everybody it really works, untill then i will be having my doubts about anyone of them..

Google will not ban any of them without any reason because all of them are very eager to earn money
but all on a sudden
without waiting
so they doing some bad thinks like clicking there ads but its a legal act of google. but nowadays all are having google account so no one clicked the google advertisments . so how all of them are earned so
if any one having google account please dont click to your own accont because its avoided................
The best is adsense, i would suggest to anybody..!!! IF you want any altrenative then go for clicksor or adbrite they do pay well but payment sending is little bit late in adbrite they send basis on NET-60 i.e for every 60 days they send you the cheque if u reach the minimum amount...
Adsense is the best for compared to others! 
Google wont ban you for a sudden increase in traffic, my adsense lay dormant for a few months, then I decided to re-make my website and now I get at least $7 a day.
You can always Email Google and ask for a review of your account, the link is in the footer of ../adsense
You are right,if you haven't any inleagal things,i think google wouldn't ban you.i have make money with google adsense for a long time,haven't ban me until now.so i think you can trust google.
Did you guys know that a click from Google adsense can get you even 20$ to 30 $ ?
There are very hi paying keywords (try lawyers and mesothelioma).
I did and made about 400 $ but they banned me - luckaly I had the account made on my mom's name so now I'm registered with my own 
I haven't tried any adverts yet - do you have to have a minimum volume of traffic before they will accept you? Is the money worth the hassle of setting it up?
What happens if you are updating your site and keep refreshing the page to see changes? Is it just that you mustn't click on the ads?
Sorry for naive questions! Suppose I'd better go and read the Google pages... but any further info from personal experience would be useful.

im using bidvertisor and havent got any clicks yet (i only started advertising my site 3 days ago so i wasnt expecting any yet). but would you say google is better then bidvertisor?
I didnt want to go with google because of the $100 payout and it would take me ages to get when bidvertisors is $10 through paypal.
You might want to try some ad sites that advertise your site on google and other popular sites for free. I have had used one for a while, the only downside is the fact that they spam you alot. But hey, make a yahoo name and forget about it.

I tried the trial adwords tool at Digital Point and discovered that for three of my domains the adds they were suggesting were completely inappropriate. For a site named "culturebite.x.x" the ads were all about insect bites and stings. A life coaching site got a collection of ads selling cactus plants, and a third site produced scaffolding links.... Odd.
Wonder if the real thing is based so entirely on random bits taken from the domain name, or whether it reflects the keywords and site content at all...
So far I'm underwhelmed.
But it confirms my experience that with Google your domain name is a really important feature...
Does anyone have experience of the Splut! directory and adwords company?
They offer a system where you can advertise your business in their directory and its ranking gets elevated if you get clicks on the adwords ads placed by them on your site. Think you also get commission.
i heard that adsense is the best compared to all the others.
