I just started with my phpBB forum, but I would like to know three things:

how do I change the language to spanish? where do I get the thing I've to upload on languages.

second, I would like to change the scroll bar and I've heard that you use php for that. Anyone knows how?

and... how do I change the logo at the top of the forum (left top, actually)? just like the frihost one.

What scrollbar? The one on the side of the screen? You use CSS.

It's the file called \templates\subSilver\images\logo_phpBB.gif

the scrollbar link didn't work, but I googled for it and changed it.

one question remains: all I found in google is being able to change the colors (which works). Is there a way to change like... the images? the arrows image and all?

Only way to do that would be to code your own javascript scrollbar - or use a premade solution like this one:

Generally, custom scrollbars are a bad idea, though (as that site itself mentions). Especially when changing the main browser window scrollbar (I can understand the need to change the scrollbar of an iframe or textarea etc.)

Also, colour changes for scrollbars through CSS will only work in Internet Explorer.

yeah, I read that they only worked on IE, but that's more than 50% of the visits, so it's ok.
