Why don't you ask Bladesage to be a member. Your designs are way better then some of theres. I like the one on your home page.I asked, but I was turned down. Then I decided to go solo.

You have the link examples on the left side menu. there you have one example (since there's only one, i take it that's the problematic template).

I advise you to not interfere on something that really is none of your business. If there was any copyright infringement, there are entities to sort that kind of problems (and it is NOT this topic).
The shop will remain open untill there is some kind of proof of the accusations (wich will not be added to this topic, but forwarded to FriHost Administration) is brought forward.

TeenZine, seriously, it's not copyright infringement unless a copyright has been registered. I had to redo everything and fix their mistakes, then I registered the design copyright under {Xenia-AiMaI Webdesign} (because Xenia and AiMaI both worked on it) and the site content went to my uncle, Seth Alan, who owns the site. He's quite outraged that a bunch of teenagers who know nothing about webdesign and copyrights are using his site as an excuse to fight like babies over non-existent copyright infringement. I tell you, my uncle IS NOT HAPPY. So I suggest that you grow up and stop arguing over pretend issues.
Like said, no more off-topic posts, please. and salman, I will do a site for you. Just give the details and we'll start.

Actually you dont need a copyright for it to be infringement, As long as you can prove that you are the rightful owner, Its not infringement.Thank you for actually having knowlage and sharing it with him.l

There's only a couple of things I don't need from this package: the forum install and the blog install. I hope I'm allowed to be able to omit a couple of things from the package.
Also, one question. Do I get to tell you how I want the webpage to look like or do you guys make it however you want? Well then, the owner of the site content copyright is my uncle, Seth Alan. {Xenia-AiMaI Webdesign} holds the design copyright. Think of it this way, for DDS to claim ownership of a design {Xenia-AiMaI Webdesign} had to fix is plagiarism, since we hold the copyright. Also for them to claim overall ownership of the site is another count of plagiarism, because like I said, my uncle has the content copyright. The site stands as his Official fansite, since he's a country musician with a record deal with Servier Productions of Nashville, Inc. Please stop this meaningless fussing, this is bringing a bad reputation to his website which is therefore threatining his career.
We are good people, if I there hadn't been glitches that we had to fix, we would've given DDS the copyright.
PLEASE no more off-topic posts.
And sure you can omit things. And no, it's fully customizable on your part. Tell us what you want and we get as close to it as possible.

Well.. people i need a flash intro...
as my site is of Indian Forums... i want the theme to be indian...
the map must come at first.. followed by the pictures of different parts of india... then a slogal like "Connecting India..." and the must come my forum name "Indians Chat Board" ... all these time the theme must be tricoloured indian flag type... and the the intro must redirect to the forum index...
i made a thread too butonly one guy replied and didnt responded through mail later.. are you all free to do it? please tell me what you will charge!

~KMKM Quick update: {Xenia Forums} is undergoing heavy modding. We now have a blog system installed. If you want to create a blog on the site, use the subSilver template, it has all the links you need.

Also, all members of DDS are outlawed from joining, due to their persistent accusations and unorthodox behavior.
Pay:
The hired member will be paid however much the admins see fit for the first two months, if he/she works hard and greatly assists the team, they will be paid more.
After the two months is up, the hired member will be paid when the profits from jobs are split.
