Are you actually asking somebody to make you a Dr. Who flash game? Flash games are alot of work. And I see no point in the site if it only has animated pictures on it (I scrolled down the page. Then exited.). But if you are asking someone to MAKE one or GET one for you then use the marketplace section and you should be paying a reasonable amout (frih$).

It doesn't only have animated pictures on it it's at http://www.dwcnps.frih.net/ it's got more than animated pictures on it (any way i only used about two different animated GIFs on my whole website).
Any way I need this Doctor Who Flash game soon so can someone please help because Robert (runs our club with me) wants a game on the website.

Me and my friend (who helps me run this club of mine) would like a strategy game sorta thing like runescape (over 100 frih$).
Daleks vs. Cybermen (we can choose the side we're on). Energy levels for both sides (they must recharge using recharger vechles). Metal mines, dalekinium for Daleks and iron for Cybermen. Trooper building factories (call them a factory) and camps. In a camp you can build miners (pretty weak but still can attack) and in a factory you build very powerful troopers. Miners mine dalekinium or iron (depending on side) and use that to create troopers. They take a little while to create. 5 units of metal can make one Trooper. Troopers are strong and use lasers if Cybermen or death rays if Daleks. Both sides are equal of capabilities (building speed, hit points, strength, etc.). You decide the hit points and strengths (both sides must be the same as I said before).
Objective: The Daleks and The Cybermen must destroy must destroy the opposing camp then the factory will malfunction and explode (you can still destroy the factory before the camp but the other team can still rebuild it with the camp still up). After you destroy their camp they still have a chance of winning so you have to kill all their troopers to win. If your camp gets destroyed, you can still use you troopers which are still alive to destroy their camp and kill all their troopers and win.
I might accept java applets too

mate, that is a BIG project. you need alot of time on your hands and alot of talent to be able to do something like that.
And if you want it like runescape, like you play against other people, you will need to use java. there is no other way, that i know of at least.
Also it would be hard to make the enemy that smart, it takes a far bit of coding just to make a simple enemy attack, and chase the main character... let alone making them make armies and stuff.
Here is an example that will make an enemy chase after a character called "hero" at 2 pixels every fps, which would probably be about 30-40 for a game.

and that is only 1 dimension, the enemy will only move left and right.
so if you wanted someone to make a game like that for you, you would have to pay them real $. Actually I'd only like it against the computer and also i'd like it so you can walk forward backward left and right. As I said before there is only two units and two buildings (I know it'll still be hard but yeah).

If you need to research Daleks and Cybermen (if you don't know much about Doctor Who) go to www.bbc.co.uk/doctorwho . a game like this is going to take > month. it requires alot of animating and a lot of action scripting, and know one is a pro at both (there are a few, but they won't make a game for someone for free). It would take me a while to make a game like this, and if i did i would take all the credit for my self and not trade it for some virtual mony. I would recommend getting flash and studying action script hard, get someone to do the animating for you and making it your self.
Okay, different game, how 'bout a pacman sorta maze With Doctor Who in it. We'll have Autons in level 1, Daleks in level 2 and Cybermen in level 3.
The aim of the game is to collect dynamite and sonic screwdrivers and get back to the TARDIS while not getting killed by your enemies. 3 lives.
If you pick up a sonic screwdriver you get to kill your enemy (they will come back again after 5 seconds). When you get all sonic screwdrivers and all the dynamite you go back to the TARDIS. The tardis materialises and the screen explodes!
At the end there will be a congratulation screen.
Now i'd like the Doctor to either be the ninth Doctor (Christopher Eccleston) or the tenth Doctor (David Tennant).

I'd like the graphics to be a bit like the ones on this game (the cybermen are in it (they are the guys who shot the airship)).
Simpler, but it might just be a challenge to make it.

yea, i could make it... and now you mention it, i want to make it because it sounds simple, but you could make it good enough to be entertaining.
But i'm sorry but if i do make it, it won't be for a while. i am setting up my site and i have to finish making some other animations/games before i start anything else.
But i think i will probably end up making it, and when i do i will contact you and give you the .swf file. but i will get full credit for making the game, you will still get credit for the idea etc.
