Nice layout. Header fits in theme. Hitman and gun fit in header. Great work
I like the menu and the banner, well the overall layout. But for me the banner lacks a bit of color, or what I'm trying to say is that it tends to blend with the background too much. Can you maybe add an outer glow or something that higlights the banner so that it somehow contrasts the background? 
Just a suggestion, overall the layout is great and I really love the menu. I like those kind of menus, looks smart and proffessional.
Just a suggestion, overall the layout is great and I really love the menu. I like those kind of menus, looks smart and proffessional. I think its ok. Its a little simple and the header isnt good. Try avoiding using bevel and emboss - it makes it a lot more professional looking.

In Firefox 1.5 it renders an off-by-one pixel error on the bottom margin 
Definitely goes along with the whole color scheme. I'd keep the colors, but I would change the text to look more...professional, like the rest of your text and switch out the gun on the left for a Desert Eagle. Deagles are SO much sexier, and would fill out the header better, you know what i mean?

It's top notch. I like the blood red look to it. Hitman fits in well to it.
