Are there any...

Are there any hard drives that have a speed of 10000 RPM and 500 GB of storage? I've been looking and I can't seem to find any. Also, if there are, will I be able to run them in RAID 0+1? Please let me know.

No, but you could get a 7200RPM with up to 750Gb. You will notice little difference between 7200 and 10000, especially with RAID 1. If I recall correctly, RAID 1 accesses both drives at once, but is not redundant in storage. Therefore, with RAID 1 with 2 of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822144701 will cost under $200 and get you an effective speed or 14400RPM. Pwned.

EDIT: I really know nothing about RAID, so someone correct me if I am wrong. I probably made at least one mistake there.

Yeah, I didn't think there were ones. Though, RAID 0 will increase the speed and performance of a 7200 and I think it'll be around the 10000. But, I'm not sure.

RAID 1 is a better option, it would read twice as fast. Also, you would not lose all data if a drive in the array fails...

I know. I'm combining RAID 1 and 0. RAID 0 isn't very reliable, but it's performance is great.
