Anyone can tell me about SafeMode on this host? Is it ON or OFF?

It's so hard to find a good host, and even harder to find a good onew with SafeMode on.Yes i have seen many hosts here host joomla. I can't think of any off my head that still have it (i told heady233 to remove joomla yesterday) so sorry. But there are sites that have it.
